The COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test device is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of the nucleocapsid(N) protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab. It provides an aid in the diagnosis of infection with 2019-nCOV.
[TEST PROCEDURE]
Allow the test cassette,test sample and buffer to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30℃or 59-86℉) prior to testing.
Note: Sampling refer to section“Specimen”.
1. Tear the sealing of the extraction tube and insert the swab until the liquid immersed the swab head, squeeze10-15 times, wait for 1 minute,
then discard the swab.
2. Take the test device from the packaging bag, place it on the table.
3. Attach the dropper tip firmly onto the tube, invert the tube and add 3 drops of the sample mixer into the sample hole vertically.
4. Read the result at 15 minutes. Do not read after 20 minutes.

l The test is intended to be read at 15 minutes. If the test is read before 15 minutes or after 20 minutes, false negative or false positive
results may occur, and the test should be repeated with a new test cassette.
l The test device is a disposable product. Please dispose properly after use.
